Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFPM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFPM2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZFPM2 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFPM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

STAD, ACC, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZFPM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
