Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFPL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFPL1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZFPL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFPL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, BLCA, and SCLC are the cancer types where ZFPL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
