Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,133 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of centriole replication, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with ZFPL1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by ZFPL1-low versus ZFPL1-high in DLBC.
