Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,410 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFL1, ABCA8, and RBP7. Each is linked with ZFPL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPL1 versus CFL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
