Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,682 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ZFPL1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPL1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPL1 results are reported.
