ZFP91

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP91 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,094 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP91-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, UBXN1, and MCM3. Each is linked with ZFP91 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP91-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP91→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
