ZFP91

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP91 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP91-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNOT10, C12orf73, and CXCR2. Each is linked with ZFP91 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP91-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP91→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
