ZFP90

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP90 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,756 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP90-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, EDC4, and FTO. Each is linked with ZFP90 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP90-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP90→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
