Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP64 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFP64 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ZFP64 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP64 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

READ, BRCA, and ACC are the cancer types where ZFP64 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
