Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP64 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFP64 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZFP64 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP64 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZFP64 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
