Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP64 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP64-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CSTF1, and XPO1. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP64 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
