Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP64 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,128 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are TADA1, ZCCHC3, and MBTD1. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP64 versus TADA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
