Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,626 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, HELLS, and DTL. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH grouped by ZFP64-low versus ZFP64-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
