Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP64 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
