Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP64 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,233 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP64-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral translational termination-reinitiation, Mitotic centrosome separation, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.
