ZFP64

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP64 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP64-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, FCER1A, and LACTBL1. Each is linked with ZFP64 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP64-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP64 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW10 grouped by ZFP64-low versus ZFP64-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP64→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP64) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
