Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,690 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP62-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC3, HNRNPAB, and RBM22. Each is linked with ZFP62 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP62-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP62→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
