Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP62 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP62-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM28, F11, and MBL2. Each is linked with ZFP62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP62-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP62 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP62→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
