ZFP37

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,960 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPIN1, BRD3, and EPM2AIP1. Each is linked with ZFP37 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP37-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP37 versus SPIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
