ZFP37

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,426 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTRL, TEX10, and TSTD2. Each is linked with ZFP37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP37-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP37 versus CNTRL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
