ZFP37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,735 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4710, RNU6-1246P, and C10orf88. Each is linked with ZFP37 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP37-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4710 grouped by ZFP37-low versus ZFP37-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
