ZFP37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP37-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A5, IL22, and SPATA48. Each is linked with ZFP37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP37-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A5 grouped by ZFP37-low versus ZFP37-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP37→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
