Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP36L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,743 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP36L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS2, ABCC5, and CASP10. Each is linked with ZFP36L2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36L2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP36L2 versus RGS2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
