ZFP36L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP36L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 327 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP36L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VDAC2P1, DAZ3, and TSPY8. Each is linked with ZFP36L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36L2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VDAC2P1 grouped by ZFP36L2-low versus ZFP36L2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
