ZFP36L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP36L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,262 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP36L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Somatic stem cell division, 3'-UTR-mediated mRNA destabilization, and Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay. Each is linked with ZFP36L2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36L2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Somatic stem cell division grouped by ZFP36L2-low versus ZFP36L2-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP36L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP36L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
