Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP36L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,714 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP36L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOX, FN1, and ADAMTS12. Each is linked with ZFP36L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP36L1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP36L1 results are reported.
