ZFP30

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,108 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGCR8, DNMT1, and DDX39B. Each is linked with ZFP30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP30-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP30 versus DGCR8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
