Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,882 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heterochromatin formation, Regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with ZFP30 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP30-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP30 results are reported.
