ZFP30

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,034 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP30-associated genes across cancer lineages are MT-ND1, LRPPRC, and MT-ND3. Each is linked with ZFP30 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP30-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP30 versus MT-ND1 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
