Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFP3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZFP3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZFP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
