ZFP28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,838 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, DDAH2, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with ZFP28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP28-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
