The most reproducible ZFP28-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, FEN1, and SHCBP1. Each is linked with ZFP28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP28-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP28 results are reported.
