ZFP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMCO1, VEZF1, and DDX21_S71. Each is linked with ZFP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
