ZFP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,911 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN52, KCTD9, and SLF1. Each is linked with ZFP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
