ZFP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,711 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF614, POU2F1, and INTS3. Each is linked with ZFP14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP14-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP14 versus ZNF614 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
