ZFP14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,311 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAE1, UBA2, and VEZF1. Each is linked with ZFP14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP14-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFP14 versus SAE1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
