Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,840 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are AATF, CCL27, and ESS2. Each is linked with ZFP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP14-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AATF grouped by ZFP14-low versus ZFP14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
