Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,471 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, and mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with ZFP14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP14-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by ZFP14-low versus ZFP14-high in LUNG_SCLC.
