Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSM6, CFHR2, and FABP12. Each is linked with ZFP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP14-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACSM6 grouped by ZFP14-low versus ZFP14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
