Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZFP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZFP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZFP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and CESC are the cancer types where ZFP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
