ZFP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, DHX38, and DDX19A. Each is linked with ZFP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
