Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL13AP19, PRKCZ, and CSTF1. Each is linked with ZFP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFP1 results are reported.
