ZFHX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,583 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFHX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, THBS2, and P3H4. Each is linked with ZFHX4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFHX4 versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
