Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 118 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Chk2_pT68, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ZFHX4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by ZFHX4-low versus ZFHX4-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
