Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFHX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,981 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic spindle localization, Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with ZFHX4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX4 results are reported.
