Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFHX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,626 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINT1, PSMG2, and STX16. Each is linked with ZFHX4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX4-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HINT1 grouped by ZFHX4-low versus ZFHX4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
