Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,972 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFHX3_S2230, ZFHX3_S3432, and SERPINF1. Each is linked with ZFHX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX3-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFHX3 versus ZFHX3_S2230 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFHX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFHX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
