The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ZFHX2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZFHX2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC are the cancer types where ZFHX2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
