Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFHX2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFHX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, GAPDH, and PDCD4. Each is linked with ZFHX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX2 results are reported.
