Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFHX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,658 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFHX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Heterochromatin formation, and Nucleosome organization. Each is linked with ZFHX2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFHX2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFHX2 results are reported.
